FOR COACHES, TUTORS & ONLINE SCHOOLS

Turn your audience into an education business under your own brand

Listen, It’s NOT just another website – your own business selling education: your own online school, built for you — under your brand, on a platform you own.

You will get your online education portal as one working system, including:

Starts from $169/month

Recognize your situation?

Your expertise is valuable. The way students access it should feel valuable too.

Take a look at these examples – is your workflow set up in the same way?

(We took these screenshots from real websites)

Do you manage access through a spreadsheet or notes?

Do you resend lesson links when students lose them?

Do students receive your course through Google Drive folders?

Every new buyer still needs a payment link, a login and a personal explanation

Is your knowledge packaged as a real product — or still delivered as a collection of links?

Is your course organised around where files are stored, rather than how people learn?

Do you have to match payments with students yourself?

Does adding a new product make the process noticeably more complicated?

Do you pay for several tools but still connect everything manually?

Are ten students manageable, but fifty students overwhelming?

FROM MANUAL SELLING TO A WORKING SYSTEM

A website won't grow your business.
A system that sells, teaches, and scales it will.

There’s no point in creating a website just for the sake of having one.

A connected learning system changes what happens after someone decides to buy: payment, account creation, course access and the first lesson work as one path — without you being involved in each sale.

You own the brand. You own customer data. You own revenue.

OUTCOME 1:
You are no longer the link between payment and learning

When a customer pays, the system creates their account, enrolls them in the right course and sends their access details automatically.

No checking payments. No manual access. No sending course files or login links.

OUTCOME 2:
Students enter your school — not your inbox

Your lessons, tasks, video, progress and next steps live in one branded place.

Students start with a clear learning experience instead of searching through chats, folders and old messages.

OUTCOME 3:
Run the offers that fit your business

Publish a separate new course, connect relevant courses into a bundle, or add a live programme or subscription when it makes sense for you.

You change the offer inside your school — not build a new website for every idea.

Judge the experience, not the feature list

Courses, sales, and learning all live on a platform under your own brand.

We make sure your website, sales, and learning system stay available and working correctly. You manage the courses, students, and offers; we maintain the technical foundation of your education business.

We’ve already done projects like this for clients and even for ourselves.

WHAT YOUR SCHOOL INCLUDES

So we are going to build a complete system around your expertise.

tutor site system

The course is only one part of the business. You also need:

  • trust,
  • a clear offer,
  • a website,
  • service pages,
  • payments,
  • a student portal,
  • support,
  • content,
  • and room to grow the project further.
Monthly operations

And then we take care of the system, so you can focus on what you do best.

In “quiet mode,” without disturbing you with meetings or reports, without boasting about our work, without demonstrating our importance, we simply regularly check the system, update plugins, respond to problems and system threat signals, so that everything continues to function.

Our goal is to care that you don’t receive any distracting messages from the system, or clients, then our work is done well.

The site is running

The sales flow is working

Communication is flowing

The site is protected

We care about the system's health. So you can focus on the product - the courses.

A focused 5–7 day launch

Fast because the route is known — not because details are skipped

When the offer, content and access arrive together, we can build without waiting between dozens of small decisions.

Before day 1. You send one complete launch kit: offer, price, brand assets, domain and payment access.

Day 1 – Working draft. We assemble the customer journey: presentation, purchase, registration and campus.

Days 2-4 – Tested route. We connect and test: payment, account, access, email, lesson and mobile view.

Days 5-7 – Launch version. You review once. We apply one consolidated clarification list and retest.

What we need from you

  • Project name, author information and contact details
  • Logo, colours and photos, if available
  • First offer: title, description, price and cover
  • Language, currency and country of operation
  • Domain access and an active payment account
  • Business details for legal pages
  • One person responsible for approvals

Every standard Kisi plan begins with a 4-month Build & Care commitment.
Your platform is built, launched, maintained and improved as one continuous service — with no separate setup invoice and no sales commission.

Continue month to month at the same rate, or save 10% with annual prepayment.

There is no separate setup invoice, no Kisi sales commission and no arbitrary cap on courses, students or instructors.

Compare the full cost — not only the platform subscription

The right choice depends on whether you want to save cash, save time, rent a ready-made platform or build an asset under your own brand.

Kisi is for creators who want more than “upload some lessons” — who want to build a real sales and learning system around their expertise, but may NOT be the best fit if you just need to test one small course without a website, a brand, or a long-term strategy.

Ready-made platforms are convenient when you just need to validate an idea quickly.

Planning ranges in USD, checked August 2026. Platform range reflects public monthly pricing from TeachableZenler and Kajabi. Freelancer pricing varies widely by skill and scope; published rates range from open-market specialists to vetted experts. Payment processing, advertising, taxes and content production are excluded from every option.

More software is not always more business

Teachable can be the right choice when the lowest subscription cost matters most and you are ready to configure the system yourself.

Kajabi can be the right choice when you need its broad built-in marketing ecosystem and are happy to operate inside it.

Kisi sits between them on direct price, but follows a different model. You start with a course business under your own brand, then grow into subscriptions, repeat sales and multiple offers without rebuilding the foundation or being capped by courses, students, instructors or revenue.

A platform subscription is not the full cost of building an online education business. You will still need to create demand through content, advertising, partnerships, branding and customer communication.

Some SaaS plans include email, CRM or automation tools; with Kisi, these can be connected when they are useful for your business. Third-party costs for services such as email delivery, CRM, multilingual tools, protected video or specialised payment gateways are separate and discussed before implementation.

The difference is where your effort accumulates. With Kisi, your advertising and marketing bring people to your own website, into your own customer system and through your own payment account — building a business asset you control.

Do you need the biggest limits?

Kajabi Pro includes capacity such as 100,000 contacts, three websites and three communities. That is useful for a large, established operation. It is not automatically useful for a creator with a few hundred or a few thousand contacts.

The same applies to native mobile apps and standalone communities. A responsive learning platform already works on mobile. A dedicated app becomes valuable when repeat daily use, push notifications, offline access or a large active member base justify it. Many course businesses get more value from clear lessons, reliable access, a strong offer and a payment route that actually fits their market.

The practical decision

A self-service SaaS subscription can be the cheapest route if you are ready to configure pages, payments, access, email and integrations yourself.

Kisi is designed for the point where you want those elements to work as one branded business system, but do not want to become its technical operator. Your first-year investment starts from $2,028/year depending on the business you are building, with launch and technical continuity already included.

Your advertising, content and customer communication should build your own brand and customer journey — not only a rented platform account.

Published SaaS prices checked 17 August 2026. Kajabi’s annual plans range from $143 to $399 per month; Teachable’s from $29 to $139 per month. See Kajabi pricing and Teachable pricing.

Do you want to build your own brand and customer base instead of depending on marketplace rules?

Trust begins where the promise ends

We guarantee reliability in the parts we control — not market results we cannot promise.

What we guarantee

What depends on you

Do I need a finished course?

You need a clear first offer: who it is for, what it includes, the price, access format and the material promised for launch.

Draft material can be used while we assemble the school. You add and update lessons, video, files, quizzes and assignments yourself through the instructor area after launch.

Does Kisi bring students?
No. Because we are not offering you a place at marketplace, we are offering you setting up your business instrument. It helps you convert your own audience into customers of your own brand.
Marketplace (like Udemy for example) can bring some side traffic, but the creator competes with thousands of other courses, and the relationship with the buyer largely stays inside the platform.
We build the system that turns your audience into customers of your own brand: a clear offer, checkout, automatic access and a place to learn. Sales still depend on your product, audience, trust, price and promotion.
Who owns my course website, content and student data?

You do. Your domain, brand, course materials, student records and revenue belong to your business.

Kisi never uses, sells or claims rights to your content or customer data. You remain responsible for using student data and email marketing in line with applicable consent and privacy rules.

Do I pay Kisi a commission on course sales?

No. Standard Kisi plans have a 0% Kisi sales commission.

You pay the agreed service fee plus payment-provider, bank and any approved third-party fees. Partnership revenue share is considered only for selected projects and agreed separately.

Can I accept local payments for my students?

We review the payment options available for your business country and audience, then configure the suitable route for your school.

Unlike a hosted course platform with a fixed gateway setup, an own-site checkout can be connected to compatible local providers where they support the required payment flow. Availability, country rules and subscription support depend on the provider and are confirmed before launch.

Can I build an email list and sell another course to existing students?

Yes. Students buy through your school, so their account and purchase history stay connected to your business.

That gives you a base for relevant next offers, bundles and email communication where you have the required marketing consent. Kisi does not run newsletters or campaigns for you as part of technical support.

Can I add more courses or students later?

Yes. Kisi does not price standard plans by the number of courses or students.

You can add and manage courses yourself. Storage, video delivery and any new business scenario may require separate infrastructure or scoped work.

Why use my own course website instead of a marketplace or hosted platform?

A marketplace can create discovery, but it also places your offer beside competing courses and strengthens the marketplace’s brand and search presence.

A hosted platform can be the right choice for a fast standard launch. Your own school is usually a better fit when you are building more than one course: a long-term education product, personal brand or business that needs its own pages, payment path, customer relationship and room to develop.

Does an own course website help with SEO?

It gives you an asset on your own domain: course pages, articles and landing pages can build search visibility over time.

A website does not guarantee traffic or rankings. SEO still requires useful content, technical care, demand and promotion; ongoing SEO work is not included in standard support.

Where do payments go?
To your connected payment account, minus the payment provider’s and bank’s transaction fees. Standard Kisi packages do not take a sales commission.
What does monthly technical support include — and what is not included?

Support covers the agreed technical system: routine checks, updates, backups, compatibility work and repair of agreed functions when they fail.

It does not include creating or uploading courses, editing lessons or video, changing your prices or offers, new pages, design changes, new integrations, newsletters, advertising, SEO campaigns, student support, refunds, live teaching, legal or tax advice, staff training, or repair of content and settings changed incorrectly by the client.

Can I edit my course myself?

Yes. You add and edit lessons, video, files, quizzes and assignments through the instructor interface. You do not need to ask Kisi for every content update.

What if I need a new page or function?
First we classify the request. Repairing an agreed function belongs to support. A new result, design, integration or business scenario is estimated before work starts.

What happens if I cancel?

After the minimum term, you may stop the subscription. You can receive a standard data export or arrange full platform transfer under the ownership terms above.

No technical brief. No payment today.
