How We Work

About Cost & Value

Why does it cost this much?
Because the price includes more than “a couple of hours in WordPress.” It covers specialists in different areas, their qualification, and licensed plugins and tools we already maintain. Effectively, you get an external department — not a single freelancer.

Can we negotiate the price?
No. Pricing is transparent and tied to real work and paid software. We don’t inflate prices to then discount. Lowering the cost would mean removing essential parts of the system, which we don’t do.

Freelancers can do this cheaper.
Yes, and if budget is the only criterion, they may be the right choice. Our focus is on stability, accountability, and structure — not on being the lowest bidder.

Can we pay less if we skip some steps?
Not really. The steps exist to prevent failures. Skipping backups, monitoring, or security only postpones costs until something breaks.

About Process & Workflow

Can I get “just the website” without support?
Not from us. A website without ongoing updates and monitoring becomes outdated and insecure very quickly. Launching without care is like buying a car and refusing maintenance — it looks fine until it fails at the worst moment.

Can you “just fix this one thing”?
We don’t do patchwork. One visible error usually hides deeper issues — outdated plugins, weak security, or broken themes. We fix causes, not symptoms.

Can we have unlimited revisions?
No. Unlimited revisions equal unlimited delays. We include essential revisions, but avoid endless cosmetic tweaks. The priority is launch, not polishing forever.

What happens if I want to stop working with you?
You can. The site, content, and data remain with you. What you lose is the ongoing protection and automation. It’s like canceling insurance — the risks shift back to you.

Do you outsource work?
We use specialists when needed, but projects are not passed to anonymous freelancers. The workflow is coordinated and transparent. You’re paying for a tested system, not random hours.

Can you handle urgent requests outside the plan?
Yes, but they are billed separately. Care plans cover predictable support. Urgencies outside scope cost more — because urgency always does.

About Security

We don’t need protection from hacks — there’s nothing valuable on our site.
That’s a misconception. Sites are hacked not for their content but for vulnerabilities. Bots attack indiscriminately to send spam, steal server resources, or plant malware. Every unprotected site is a target.

Can we bring our own hosting or plugins?
If they meet security and performance standards, yes. If they don’t, we won’t. Supporting weak environments undermines stability for both sides.

About Expectations

We want a unique, beautiful design.
A website should be clear and effective, not “unique” for its own sake. Sites overloaded with design tricks confuse visitors and fail at their real job: communication and conversion. Clarity beats decoration.

Why can’t you make the site “look like Apple”?
Because you’re not Apple. Big brands have entire teams and multimillion-dollar budgets. Copying their visuals doesn’t copy their success. Your site should reflect your goals and resources, not someone else’s identity.

Do you guarantee results?
No. We guarantee process and quality of execution. Results depend on your business, product, and how you use the site. A website is a tool — not a magic trick.

Can’t I just do this myself?
Of course. Nothing we do is mystical. With enough time, you can Google, learn, and experiment. What we offer is not secrets — it’s speed, structure, and avoiding years of trial and error.

About Clients

Who we don’t work with.
We don’t work with clients who:

  • want to micromanage every pixel and draft;

  • expect “luxury design” on a minimal budget;

  • treat websites as decoration, not as tools;

  • refuse to provide content or feedback but demand deadlines.

We don’t hunt for clients.
We don’t run ads or cold outreach. Most clients find us through referrals. This means we’re selective — and focused on long-term relationships, not one-off “projects at any cost.”

About Data & Transparency

Data under control.
Every client receives regular reports: uptime, visits, performance. Nothing is hidden — you see what’s happening and how the site is working. This way, the site isn’t just “online,” it’s accountable.
